Dan Aykroyd's Bass-o-Matic blender, Tina Fey's Brownie Husband and Andy Samberg's Dick in a Box are just a tiny-handed Dooneese-sized smidgen of the unprecedented collection of Saturday Night Live props, costumes, memorabilia and even actual sets on display at this amazing Fifth Avenue exhibition in NYC. Now, for the first time, you can actually experience all the excitement and drama leading up to those iconic words ... "Live from New York, it's Saturday Night!" as you're taken through a week in the life of the show. This immersive 40th-anniversary showcase begins with a behind-the-scenes look at the entire production process -- starting at Lorne Michael's very desk, through writing, production prep, rehearsals, and even a replica of the control room, all leading to a full-sized recreation of Studio 8H's home base, where the hosts open the show. In between, you'll marvel at real sets from famed sketches like Wayne's World and Celebrity Jeopardy, costumes from The Church Lady, Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood and The Killer Bees, an actual Conehead and much, much more. There's even a gift shop featuring Drunk Uncle bobbleheads, Debbie Downer coffee mugs, Schweddy Balls candy and other must-have items for any true fan of the show.
