Courses begin on the following dates in 2016: January 11, February 22, April 4, May 16, June 27, August 1, September 12, and October 17.
Classes are for 4 weeks, every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The last weekend, the classes are also on Saturday and Sunday (Review & Test) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
During our 63-hour sales associate course, students receive all the required learning materials and are taught all real estate laws, principles, and math utilized within your new real estate career. Class is taught by an experienced real estate consultant and instructor with over 10 years in the business.
Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
Students have to just show up and learn. One textbook is provided which is the main learning textbook of all Real Estate material needed to pass both the Class exam and State exam. After that your registration also includes the CRAM session which is provided by the school (check with School for schedule)
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being an instructor within my own office, a mentor, and a sales associate for almost 10 years now. The thought that I could help more people join this exciting field was very fulfilling. To know that I can teach all my knowledge and expertise as well as launch others feeling strong about their possibilities.
What do you love most about your job?
The fact that students come to me at the end of the class and feel like they’re grasping all the information in an easy manner and are content with myself as their instructor. Plus the smile when I hand them their certificate of completion.
