Choose Between Two Options

Trainers lead intensive group workouts that employ plyometrics, body-weight resistance, heavy ropes, and innovative free-weight lifts. Sample exercises include the prowler push––pushing weights laterally across the ground on a sled––or the farmer’s walk where trainees walk and haul barbells with special hand grips. Trainers also provide detailed nutritional advice in the form of lean recipes and weekly meal planning. Classes range from 15 to 20 people and are offered Monday–Friday at 5:15 a.m., 6:15 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 5:15 p.m., and 6:15 p.m.

Prestige Strength Fitness

At Prestige Strength Fitness, instructors blend personalized training with hardcore inversions of traditional strongman feats. Participants also engage in bodyweight and weighted strength training. Group workouts change each day, from running with sandbags to working against heavy bands to pull-ups on the gym's 28-person rig. Instructors also explain the nuts and bolts of health-conscious eating through detailed nutritional advice and sample meal plans, breaking down food according to its saturated fat, glycemic index, and chocolate-fudge content. Prestige also offers more specialized programs, such as powerlifting for novice, intermediate, and advanced participants. Focusing on back squats, bench press, and deadlifts, this program pays special attention to recovery and mobility to help ensure a long and effective experience for all members.
