About Prickly Pear Restaurant

After 25 years in the restaurant business, Chef Jose Andes wanted to open a place where he felt at home. He envisioned an inviting neighborhood spot with something for everyone, and the Prickly Pear Restaurant reflects that idea. The menu showcases French, Italian, Spanish, and Asian flavors, resulting in unique dishes like wasabi-crusted salmon with Sriracha aioli and chicken francese stuffed with prosciutto and cheese. Andes also hosts a monthly cooking class, where guests can mingle while learning how to make a gourmet four-course meal.
