Primal Health & Fitness
Dr. Chris Hubbard was studying to become a strength and conditioning coach for elite-level athletes when a back injury altered his life plans. He shifted his focus, learning how to treat spinal injuries as he earned his license as a chiropractic physician. However, he hadn't forgotten his first dream—he had merely delayed it.
Dr. Hubbard combined his expertise as a trainer and a chiropractor to design a workout regimen based around functional movements, such as running, jumping, and crab-walking to confuse your predators. He ensured that the program was scalable, so that students could adjust it to match their fitness level. Then, he founded a CrossFit program. Each of his 60-minute sessions provides a full-body workout: attendees swing kettlebells, heft free weights, and toss medicine balls back and forth between cardio exercises. This balanced approach helps to build lean muscle and improve endurance over time.
In addition to developing Primal Health & Fitness' workout regime, Dr. Hubbard still offers chiropractic care. He also performs pain-relieving active-release techniques for those suffering from chronic aches and sports injuries.
