What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We started Prime Heating and Air Conditioning to provide Syracuse and the CNY Region with a local, independently owned HVAC company that earns the trust of its customers by doing quality work at reasonable prices.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help customers in their time of need. Not many people think about the efficiency of their heating and cooling equipment until it's not working. We like to provide scheduled maintenance to reduce those breakdowns.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That we provided a fair quote and didn't try to sell them anything they didn't need. That the work was done professionally and in a timely manner.
