What You'll Get
Eating a hearty steak makes a man more kingly than wearing a crown or banishing the dog to a small island in the South Atlantic. Get the royal treatment with today's Groupon: for $25, you get $50 worth of gourmet steak and more from Prime Time Steakhouse. This Groupon is not valid toward the restaurant's all-you-can-eat prime rib on Mondays or the Houston Restaurant Week menu. Per state law, it is not valid toward the purchase of alcohol.
The menu at the Prime Time Steakhouse is brimming with savory delicacies to please any palate. Kick off consumption with scrumptious bacon-wrapped scallops piled on cucumber slices and served with cranberry horseradish ($19), or sample the signature beef ceviche, meaty bites served on a mélange of avocado, pearl onions, tomatoes, and cilantro ($12). Prime Time’s gourmet salads ($6–$8) come in a variety of garden varieties, with each drizzled in homemade dressing straight from Houston's renowned dressing rivers. For the main event, diehard protein fans will be unable to resist Prime Time’s scrumptious cuts of USDA prime aged beef ($24–$40) served a la carte with au jus. Specialty combos such as the steak and shrimp ($36)—a 14 oz. New York Strip topped with two applewood bacon-wrapped shrimp and finished with a beurré blanc and accompanied by a baked potato—fill diners with a sense of a culinary harmony unseen since the California Raisins dominated the airwaves.
After cutting up a fine meal, patrons can cut a rug on Prime Time Steakhouse’s lighted disco dance floor, located in their cocktail lounge and piano bar. Shuffle all three of your feet in a semi- to fully-coordinated fashion to the scheduled live entertainment. Reservations, such as wearing chain mail while wrestling a bear, are recommended but not required.
