About Primo's d'Italia
The prime rib may be king at Primo's d'Italia, but that's not to say there aren't other challengers for the throne. The restaurant's signature baked roman dish, for instance, garners fans for its slew of Italian sausage, grilled chicken, and creamy bolognese with mozzarella. Shrimp portofino, meanwhile, plates jumbo rock shrimp and lemon caper picatta over linguini. Such authentic Italian flavors weave a common thread through the entirety of Primo's menu, which also includes seven-layer baked lasagna, four-cheese ravioli, and nine-inch pizzas that are considered personal even if you don't carve your name into the crust. Don't forget to try some of their signature drinks from the full bar.
