Ordered in November and have still not received my ornaments! Groupon discount not applied in confirmation email and I wrote 3 emails to ask if discount was applied and have not had any reply from this company by email or phone!! So I believe I have been waaay overcharged and don't even have my Christmas gifts. There is no phone number on their website to contact them!

I placed an order for a customized iphone case mid-September and it is now November and it has not arrived. When I ordered it I received a confirmation email with an order number and everything. The site says that shipping usually takes approximately 2 weeks, but it has been over 5 now. I tried emailing the company twice to find information about my order and have gotten no response. It is very frustrating that there is no number on the website that they can be reached at - only an email. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if the company no longer exists.

It's been 4 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received it yet.
I have emailed the company, I'm just waiting for a reply. Last time I emailed them it took about a week for them to reply.
