Good enough experience. I was surprised when I was charged 9 bucks for a quart of oil and a 4 buck Groupon fee. Probably should mention that when they offer this deal. So ended up 15 bucks over the top of your Groupon price

SEEMED like a great Groupon deal, the shop was clean, service speedy, crew nice. Service performed as expected. BUT what made this an ALMOST 2-star out of 5 experience was after service complete. I had paid for two complete oil changes. I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE THE PRICE PAID FOR THE GROUPON! "Groupon tax plus one quart of oil"!! Groupon tax on receipt states $3.99, Shop supplies $.29 (WHY Nickel and Dime a customer who PAID for this service in advance??!), $5.85 for a QUART of standard oil?! There is NO WAY they incur a charge over $2 per quart of standard oil bought by the BARRELS (or truckload)...AND My vehicle required NO MORE than half a quart, which if notified, I'd have happily topped off myself.
ADDITIONALLY: I was told my wipers were worn, and they offered to replace them at FOURTEEN DOLLARS APIECE! (I just changed driver's side 3 weeks ago, and know the passenger side DOES need replaced, which I have a top of the line blade for in my garage that I had delivered to my home for less than $8.
Groupons ideally are to EARN new customers...Prior's would've maybe accomplished this with better up-front clarity, but instead I WOULD WARN MY FRIENDS/FAMILY from getting service done there. Period. And you that is reading my honest review, can confidently know that I'd suggest considering elsewhere, unless you expect such upcharging everywhere you go.
I wish I could sell my second awaiting oil change, because with such antics, I feel I need to check to verify I have a new filter and a full reservoir of fresh oil (because other groupon deals for oil changes actually RUINED our other SUV because the 3 oil change deal NEVER changed the filter out of all cycles!)
I'm going back to changing my own oil, because these Groupon packages have been nothing but a headache!

Service was done quickly and efficiently. Technician was friendly and courteous, and gave me a bottle of water for the drive home. Definitely recommend.
