About Private Workout

Private Workout means “workout in private.” It’s design complies with social distancing rules. Each customer works out on exercise equipment that is in its own private room. It is a 25 minute timed cardio/strength circuit training gym where every couple of minutes, you move to the next private room, like an assembly line. You have at least 6 feet and a closed door between you and the next person doing the circuit. Not only is it fast, private, and done at a “social distance,” since 2005 our customers have gotten great results in around 99 workouts instead of the 500+ workouts it takes in a traditional gym.
