Toby was extremely courteous and informative. I appreciated the info and pictures of interior of AC duct system. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the limitations of my Groupon. Unfortunately more work was needed. I couldn’t afford the additional work. If I am able to have it done in the
Future, I feel certain I would call this company.
