Q:

Do you have experience/aptitude at pruning Japanese Maple trees? Unfortunately in the past I have employed gardeners who kind of butchered these trees that take a bit more delicate pruning. If not, that's fine as I have plenty of other shrubs/trees to be pruned.

William B.  asked on  Nov 16, 2012

A:

Yes we have experience pruning Japanese Maples. This type of pruning is what we specialize on.

No the evaluation is not part of the 3 man hours! This evaluation allows us to provide specific instructions for the pruning crew.

Q:

Hello we are @ 98036 Lynnwood is that in your area? Also I see this good only until Jan 19 2013 but we have an apple tree and it shouldn't be pruned before Feb or March? Is January TOO Early? If so if I buy your service can yuou prune my tree and other work in Feb or March ? In other words will it still be in effect? Appreciate your reply; sincerely KR

Keith G.  asked on  Nov 16, 2012

A:

Yes, we service Lynnwood! As far as the apple tree it all depends how large of a tree it is. We can prune up to 15 feet. My suggestion would to buy the Groupon and meet with on of our Area Service Reps. so he can evaluate the situation. If for some reason the tree is to large you can always get your money refunded from Groupon!

Q:

Pruning for trees or shrubs below 15' level of any size tree. I am not sure I understand this statement. Does this mean that the tree or shrub must be under 15 feet to start or that any tree or shrub that you prune must be cut down to at least 15 feet?

Mike I.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

We prune branches up to 15 feet in height. In other words we do not prune large trees that require climbing.
