On my day of service, the HVAC repairer failed to give me an estimate before the actual repair. I was called and informed that he was on my premises however; the next call I received was from him completing the work to the tune of $400. I asked why wasn't I notified of this price in advance, the response was I can take the parts out and leave you with what you had. It caught me between a rock and a hard place because I have a 80yr in the home that didn't need to be exposed to excessive heat. I attempted to work out a reasonable offer with the owner due to his UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE, to no avail. He wanted to talk about his overhead instead of discounting my price. I won't EVER recommend this company to any of my colleagues or business friends. Do your homework! A cheap price DOES NOT equal quality service.

Not sure what the tune up actually is/was ... guy checked everything and gave me a estimate on how much is was gnna be to have it running correctly and that was that....so instead of tune up maybe need to call it a “job scope /sales “ definitely should explain it better in description wouldn’t have spent 40 dollars when could’ve got another company to come do it for free!
