This is supposed to be a soprano ice laser but it burned me each time she zapped me. Soprano says, "ICE™ is an advanced cooling technology that cools the skin during treatment for longer periods of time. The ICE™ tech cold sapphire tip minimizes the risk of burns on the skin surface while maintaining heat within the dermis where hair follicles are treated. Contact Cooling increases patient comfort, making treatments more enjoyable than ever before". However I didn't feel any of that and she was directly pushing the wand into my skin on top of the gel that had already warmed up from sitting on my skin too long. Most ppl gently place it on the gel. Even when I said it is burning, she didn't add more cooling gel. Nice place in the basement of a home, nice lady, but laser isnt as advertised and the laser burns with no adjustment being made. So book at your own discretion.
