During one month of adult fitness classes, experienced athletes use physical-training workouts to help participants burn calories, develop lean muscles, and achieve their fitness goals. The heart-pumping classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Exercisers can participate in up to 10 sessions a month depending on the month.
