When I bought the Groupon I believed the detail was inside and outside to be cleaned and when i got there they informed me that it was for interior only, I would not have purchased it if I was aware of the situation. The cleaning was average and took about an hour and the mats were left in my trunk. I don't think there will be a second time.

My car was cleaned well enough inside, though not as well as I've had it cleaned. What turned me off was how dirty the waiting room area was. Hasn't even been swept in a long time, never mind dusted or cleaned. If attention to detail is needed for my car, then I want it to show the moment I walk in. If I had not prepaid, I would have gone somewhere else.
