Bartender was so rude. Not busy, yet never acknowledged us and was very upset to make our drinks once requested. Tour was good but overall wouldn’t recommend.

While I enjoyed the history and background included in the tour and our tour guide was good, I was very disappointed that the promised souvenir shot glasses were not available or provided. This was the primary reason I purchased the tour through Groupon. There was no offer to make good this part of the tour at a later date, instead we were given a cocktails from the bar, which then in turn results in another tip. I’m not comfortable stiffing a bartender or guide because of the failure of the management to make good on their Groupon offers.

Had a good time! The Groupon was definitely cheaper than booking direct, we got the the tour plus cocktails for two. Just make sure to tell the bartender you are using the Groupon before ordering, the included cocktails are with well liquor, not the distillery spirits. Learned more/enjoyed other distilleries in the area more, but still found this to be an enjoyable experience

It was a good and informative tour of a craft distillery.. Tia was knowledgeable about the liquors made there. The tastings were good but limited.
