Food was amazing! Super friendly staff. Will come back
Chuong T. · August 16, 2016
The meat from the spit is phenomenal; the pork is the best I have ever tasted. The salads were fresh, pleasing to the eye and chilled nicely. Overall, other than the neighborhood, I would rate Pruller an 8 out of 10. What truly made our experience wonderful was the friendliness and attention to detail from the staff. Clean restrooms and surroundings were a bonus. If I have any suggestions, it would be to add another TV or two. Doug T.

About Pruller Restaurant

At Pruller Restaurant, there is no written menu. Instead, everything is served buffet style, including nearly a dozen different kinds of meat that are strung onto giant skewers, cooked in a churrasco barbecue, and sliced directly onto visitors' plates. It's a Brazilian specialty that owner Erich Pruller—who hails from Sao Paolo—happily walks first-time guests through.

The meaty selection of beef sirloin, pork shoulder, and bacon-wrapped chicken accompanies other Brazilian entrees, salads, and side dishes. Sometimes, the buffet detours to Italy through such dishes as ravioli and spaghetti and a secret tunnel in the back. Overall, the experience at Pruller is quite casual, a fact that's reaffirmed by what the Boston Globe referred to as a "simple and cheerful" dining area.
