There is a confusion in the procedure on groupons. A lady was pulling the coupon up on her phone because groupons say u can do this instead of a print out. She was not able to get her reading because she needed a print out. Groupons shoud tell a person which ones only accept print outs. The lady could not get her reading. Also, I was not told that I had to click on redemed on my groupon before I printed it out and went to the reading. I told her that groupons automatically redems it after It is used. Even if I did click redem in my "MY GROUPNS", I would not do it until I came home from the merchant . This is confusing. The lady did go ahead and give me the reading, but there is a confusing with u and that person so the customer is not turned away. Thank you. I was satisfied with the reading though.
