Whether age 4 or 54, students are Pulse Taekwondo Center are there for one reason and one reason only: to kick butt. Daily cardio kickboxing classes open the sport up to those just looking for a fun way to exercise while adult and kids' sessions focus on training pupils in the basics and nuances of the sport. Adults and teens share class time, while kids are divided into three age groups: 4–6, 7–9, and 10–14. No matter their exact age, though, all classes are open to students of any skill level, total newbie and seasoned pro alike.
