Hey there, what is the class schedule? How many times should I go for best results? How long is the sessions good for?

Hey, Thanks for your inquiry. The Boot Camp times are as follows: Monday 5:15pm to 6:00pm Studio A Tuesday 5:30pm to 6:15pm Studio B Wednesday 5:15pm to 6:00pm Studio A Thursday 5:15pm to 6:00pm Studio A The link is located: http://www.pumpbyrob.com/#!boot-camp/vstc5=times/class-structure All four days are best. Each day is a different workout so you can attend all of them. They compliment each other. The sessions expire 1 month from the first studio visit.
