Q:

Can it be used at all locations? The groupon itself says valid/redeem at 5 locations...

Stacey T.  asked on  May 3, 2013

A:

Stacey-- you will have to select a location to purchase for and that location will be the one the Groupon will be valid for. I would recommend purchasing it for the store you are most likely to visit and has the Pop In Play times that best match your schedule.

Q:

How soon after purchase can the deal be printed out and used?

Gina  asked on  May 3, 2013

A:

Gina-- I believe the Groupons can be printed shortly after the sale of the deal ends. In the past it has been about 24 hours after the deal has ended. The folks at Groupon would have a better answer for this question-- and the can be reached at 1 (888) 375-5777

Q:

For the Pop in Playtime or Pre-K sessions, do you just pay for children 34" and taller? I'm wondering if there is an age range that is free.

Stephanie S.  asked on  May 2, 2013

A:

Craig- We have a 34 inch height requirement to go on the inflatables. Any children who are under that height you will not be charged for but they will also not be able to play on the inflatables. If you have any additional questions please give your local store a call.

Q:

how long can they stay and use it each day?

Eileen K.  asked on  May 1, 2013

A:

Eileen - Each store has their own open jump times and you can find them by clicking on the "store homepage" link on the main offer page. It will bring you to a website with links to the 5 local store websites. On these pages in the upper left will be a calendar with a schedule of all open jump times. If you have any questions, feel free to call the store that you are intending to purchase the passes for. Thanks! Pump It Up

Q:

Anyone know the ages for this place... ?? Is it more for the younger children or do they have separate area's for different age groups? My son is 13 and thought it may be too young of a place?

Becky M.  asked on  May 1, 2013

A:

Becky - Depending on the location you are intending to purchase for, there are several locations that have all ages Family Jump 'n Glow under the special effects light that your son would find cool. Plymouth also has Jump 'n Jam which you can use these passes for on the second and forth Friday's of the month, which is a drop off event for kids between the ages of 8 and 14.
