Q:

My coupon expired and the fine print states that the coupon is still worth the value of the purchase and can be used as a credit for entrance. However, when I tried to use it, I was told it was NOT VALID and could not be used. When I showed Pump It UP's policy on line, I was still told to take it up with Groupon. Why did that happen?

cathy c.  asked on  May 23, 2013

A:

Dear Cathy, Vouchers have 2 separate values. (A) the amount paid ($10 or $11) (B) the promotional value ($24). The promotional value expires on the day stated in the offer but the amount paid will never expire (until used) and will be accepted as a credit towards your future admission to a scheduled pop in play session at the location originally purchased for.
