Q:

I have children 8,6 and now 18 months, how many passes do I need to purchase ? I have been charged admission for the 18 month old in the past. The store owner said the only time children under 2 are not charged is when they are attending a party.

A:

Both the NW and NE store have different attractions so their policies vary slightly on Pop-In Playtime.

Q:

I thought adults are usually free but the groupon states only 1 adult free. Can you clarify?

Purvee P.  asked on  Apr 13, 2013

A:

For our Pop-In Playtime, an adult is free (and welcome to jump) with each paid admission. Each additional adult is $3. 3 paid kid admissions would gain 3 free adult admissions.

Q:

Is there an age limit? I have a 10 yo that I homeschool and a 4, 2 yo.

N D.  asked on  Apr 13, 2013

A:

Our Pop-In Playtime is for kids ages 2-17 years old. There is a minimum height requirement of 34" to get on our inflatables. You could bring your three kids to our open play, no problem.

Q:

If I buy a monthly pass does it start right away? Or can I specify what month I want it to start? I would like to buy a monthly pass for my son for the month of June when both of us are out of school.

Lisa L.  asked on  Apr 14, 2013

A:

If you buy a monthly pass you may activate it as late as the expiration of date of July 17, 2013. So yes, you may purchase one and use it in June.

Q:

So if we have 3 kids, we would need to buy 3 of the groupons?? We can't use the 3 for our kids on one visit?

Stephanie W.  asked on  Apr 12, 2013

A:

The monthly pass will follow the child so only one kid can use each monthly pass. You may purchase multiple monthly passes and each one will follow their specific child listed on the back of the pass. The 3 punch pass can be used all at once for three different kids or you may come in three separate times to redeem. The 3 punch pass isn't tied to a specific child. Hope this helps!
