What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
15 years ago the founder of PUPS started one of the first dog daycare companies after a tragic event which resulted in the loss of his dog, Sydney. That event inspired him to create a clean, safe, and fun place for dogs to play. 15 years later PUPS is still guided by the same principals.

What do you love most about your job?
We obviously love dogs, but we also feel strongly that we are helping make people's lives easier. Our client services team is constantly in touch with our Pet Parents. The experience of seeing a happy dog and a grateful pet parent after a day of play for their 4-legged family member is fulfilling!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
PUPS cares! The staff is friendly and attentive. The facilities are immaculate. My dog can't pull me through the door fast enough.
