The aesthetician was courteous, however the studio itself was not what I expected compared to my past experiences. This is not a full service type of specialty lash lounge at all. I paid for mink individual lashes and ended up with large cluster lashes, some with clusters of 3 to 5 lashes. Didn't look natural at all. The clinician took 2 hours, most lash studios take one hour, plus they fell out in not even 2 weeks although i properly cared for them. If you want quality, properly applied lashes Do Not Go Here.
