Pure Barre - Anaheim Hills: 5 or 10 Ballet-Fitness Classes at Pure Barre (Up to 62% Off)

When you draw a crowd on the dance floor, it means you either possess awe-inspiring moves or are a black hole. Become a dance star with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

 • $45 for 5 ballet-fitness classes (up to a $110 value)
 • $79 for 10 ballet-fitness classes (a $210 value)

Each 55-minute session flows through a series of precise isometric movements that separately target the thighs, buttocks, and abdominals. Exercisers stretch after each set to stave off bulky muscles and usher in lean ones. Although Pure Barre draws inspiration from ballet, it does not require its students to have any previous dance experience, and small class sizes ensure ample instructor attention. Check Pure Barre Anaheim Hills’ schedule for a full list of sessions, which meet seven days a week in the early morning, afternoon, and early evening.

Though Pure Barre sometimes offers a discounted price online, this Groupon is still the best deal available.

Pure Barre

Pure Barre program founder Carrie Rezabek Dorr continuously tweaks her dance-inspired workout regimen, relying on the traditional ballet accouterment to support body-lengthening moves. Dorr started her first class in the basement of an office building in 2001 without so much as a mirror to call her own, but in the intervening years, she managed to grow her workout into a national franchise. Her method involves a ballet barre, which practitioners grasp as they perform isometric movements of discreet muscle groups. Such movements isolate the buttocks, thighs, and core to build strength and burn calories. Though results vary on an individual basis, some students report seeing the beginning developments of long, lean ballet muscle after just 10 classes, which, incidentally, is the same number of eggs one must break to improve at the art of omelet making.

Had my first class yesterday and loved it! I took Michelle's 8:30 am class & she was super sweet. I like how we stretch in between exercises because I tend to cramp up and I have a weak back due to buldging disks. I love how I can get a good workout without compromising my back... I'm super sore today! Cant wait for the next class!!!
