This is a great class & a great facility! Everyone was so friendly, warm and welcoming to a couple of beginners! Leah, our instructor, was just wonderful! I can't say enough great things about her. She took time after class to talk to us, and was very encouraging. During class she was motivating and took time to correct--a great coach! I've taken other kinds of classes (cycle, yoga, aerobics, etc) and it's very obvious to me when someone is a great teacher (and when they are not) and she is excellent! The workout is NOT easy, but it was completely do-able! It didn't make me want to run out of the room screaming, and I will be back for that burn!
