Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift for non-members (gifts may not be used by the purchaser). 5-classes must be used 30 days from activation. 10-classes must be used 60 days from activation. Valid for new members or those that have not attended a class in the past 180 days. Customers may attend classes interchangeably at any of the three locations.
