Although Eric had a Van issue on the day I had scheduled & he kept me updated and was able to get me in the very next day. He's did a wonderful job on my carpets. I would recommend him & use his services again.

Technician was very good about advising us about his expected arrival time. They did a nice job of cleaning the carpets and wiping up and water drops.
