Marty S.  from  Self  replied on  Dec 11, 2012

A:

While we serve several "pasta" dishes, we are not using traditional pasta noodles. For example, our lasagna uses zucchini as the noodle element. We also serve a pear ravioli dish in which thinly sliced pear is used as the pasta shell. We do not use any brown rice, quinoa, or corn as pasta, and our menu is almost entirely gluten free with one exception. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
