Pure heart training center provides nothing but high intensity workouts for a fantastic-fitness experience. The coaches are friendly, attentive, positive, motivating, and super knowledgeable. Between them and the variety of classes I can't get enough. I'm hooked! The classes are fun and energetic, still providing that 1 to 1 feeling. It's the place to Challenge yourself & get your sweat on!!!

I love all the classes at this gym! Instructors are very professional, very respectful! As a beginner, I joined BJJ, kickboxing and Muay Thai classes. Each class instructor gave me tremendous help. Students are so friendly and welcoming, guys and girls, literary like brothers and sisters in the military, they are always there to help you and encourage you. The gym owners are so nice, and passionate about helping students achieve their goals. I improved a lot even from one week intensive workout and drills. This is the best martial art program I've tried so far!
