Dimitri Giankoulas understands that few things motivate his clients more than seeing their bodies transform, whether from losing fat or adding muscle. At Pure Motivation Fitness, he works with trainers and nutrition counselors to help patrons see those results.
In the brand-new fitness center, plans are targeted to individual youngsters, adults, and seniors to help them achieve their own specific goals. The workouts and other services are all varied to keep them from becoming dull and easy to skip. Plans might include one-on-one training, in-home workouts, nutritional counseling, and small-group classes that range from kickboxing to yoga. The trainers have experience in a wide range of workout disciplines, which further keeps the workouts interesting, since they might bring in kettlebell, gymnastics, and martial arts influences at any point.
