What You'll Get
When the Beatles returned from India, they brought with them tranquility, sitars, and the ability to stretch their hair past their shoulders. Test the limits of your flexibility with today’s Groupon: for $25, you get one month of unlimited hot-yoga classes at Pure Yoga and Fitness in Clearwater (a $50 value).
The skilled instructors at Pure Yoga and Fitness lead students of all levels in an agile assortment of heated classes that focus on flexibility, strength building, and mind-body-spirit alignment. Inside the studio’s 3,750-square-foot facility, a robust schedule of classes pushes students to new heights of fitness and endurance as they practice a series of challenging poses. Temperatures climb past 100 degrees, aiding in participants' pliability and helping them to sweat out toxins and pent-up feelings of rejection from being picked last in dodgeball. Hot Booty Burn classes meld yoga, Pilates, and 95-degree temperatures to sculpt derrieres, limbs, and abs, and Hot Power Vinyasa combines breathing and flowing movement during 75-minute sessions. Tone muscles in a Hot Beach Body Sculpt class, where students wield small hand weights while forming a flow of yoga postures, or undulate through a sample of hot-yoga class types in Mega-Mix Yoga, a session inspired by dance mixes of whale songs.

About Pure Yoga & Fitness
Many of the yoga classes at Pure Yoga & Fitness are performed in temperatures that exceed 90 degrees. In addition to calling forth a little more sweat the usual, this heat has a hidden agenda; when combined with vinyasa poses, it helps increase muscle mobility and cleanse the body of toxins. Although hot yoga classes are the studio's specialty, they're not the only thing on the schedule. The studio hosts pure booty and pure sculpt classes, which both combine yoga, Pilates, and other movements to offer well-rounded workouts. No matter which exercises they choose, clients can always soothe sore muscles and help prevent strains with a massage from the studio's in-house therapist.
