What You'll Get
Like a tree house, a gym never lets nonmembers inside and always deflects frogs fired from the neighborhood bully’s slingshot. Hurry up the rope ladder with today’s Groupon to Qi Athletic Club, valid at the City Park, Downtown Denver, Edgewater, Lowry, and Qi Ryders locations. Choose between the following options:
For $39, you get a punch card for 10 fitness classes (up to a $130 value).
For $45, you get a one-month combo membership (up to a $120 value). The membership includes the following items:
- Unlimited access to the gym
- Unlimited fitness classes
Today’s deal is not valid for customers who have previously visited Qi Athletic Club.
Qi’s seasoned instructors bolster bodies, minds, and spirits during group workouts that pair cardio and strength training with yoga poses and meditation exercises for a full-body workout good enough to win the studio chain 5280’s Best Health Club award in 2009. The fitness centers pack their calendar with classes at the City Park, Downtown Denver, Edgewater, Lowry, and Qi Ryders locations, helping guests squeeze exercise into busy schedules and form-fitting hot pants. At Qi Yoga Sculpt classes, students tone arms and torsos with dumbbells and weight-bearing yoga poses. Instead of attempting a tree pose on a unicycle, exercisers can build balance at QiCycle-Yoga classes, which safely blend a half-hour of spinning with 45 minutes of energizing asanas. Blending cardio and strength straining, QiSpin-Barre raises heart rates with a 30-minute bike ride and then stretches and tones muscles with 45 minutes of ballet-barre exercises. Unlike the moon’s aerobics classes, Qi’s Kinesis workouts use the meditative movements of full-gravity fitness equipment to unite resistance training with mindfulness.
Visitors can also chase their fitness goals by flying solo on the scores of equipment at Qi’s exercise facilities, which teem with the gentle whir of stationary bikes, not the shouts and honks of highway roller-skating. Each location equips guests with equipment for cardio and resistance training, helping them balance energizing group classes with calming solitary workouts.
Though Qi sometimes features online discounts, today’s Groupon is the best deal available.

The owners of Qi pool their experience to design innovative, unique exercise classes. Leading a staff of personal trainers and experienced instructors, the club maintains meditative training studios where yoga and cycling fuse in courses such as QiCycle-Yoga, and Qi Ryders, which uses RealRyder bikes.
The resulting roster of classes have earned Qi a second- and third-place spot on 5280's 2011 readers’ choice awards for Health Club/Gym and Yoga respectively. Such classes include Qi Yoga, a unique focus on core energy and muscular strength, and QiCycle-KORE, a cycling program blended with a bootcamp workout. The commitment to healthy living extends beyond the gym, with community programs, such as the free running club, a group that meets regularly to jog through City Park, Congress Park, and local Thanksgiving dinners.
