What You'll Get
The monopoly tycoons of the 19th century traditionally did their wheeling and dealing at fine-dining establishments, cleverly concealing the fact that they still lived with their parents. Gain independence from mom-cooked meals with today's Groupon to Q's Lounge Café and Restaurant in Westminster. Choose from the following options:
- For $30, you get one pound of crawfish, two entrees (up to $15.95), and two glasses of wine or draft beer
- For $55, you get two pounds of crawfish, four entrees (up to $15.95), and four glasses of wine or draft beer
Q's Lounge Café and Restaurant introduces a diverse menu in a sociable café-and-lounge setting. Submarine captains and their ski-capped crews can take taste buds topside and reach for Q's Louisiana–style live crawfish. As Q's signature dish, the crawfish arrive at tables chaperoned by overbearing big brothers and Q's special Cajun spicy sauce. Diners relaxing amid the polished, modern lounge décor can choose from a lineup of Asian-inspired entrees. Nimble-handed chefs dish out seafood specialties such as steamed sea snail with lemon leaves ($10.95) and ahi tuna peppercorn sashimi style ($15.95). Ponder the loss of a blown-down straw house while savoring the Vietnamese chicken porridge ($12.95) or go garden with the vegetable chow mein ($11.95). Meat lovers who've just had another pizza named in their honor can celebrate with the indulgent beef filet mignon, which teams up with mixed vegetables and rice, or the charbroiled lamb (both $15.95). Friends can lubricate their meals with nearby oil cans belonging to metallic woodsmen or Q Lounge's selection of draft beers and wines. At night, the café gives way to DJs, who pump beats through Q's surround-sound system and invite patrons out onto the floor to mingle.
