George was EXCELLENT!!! He was personable, respectful of us and our house. He went straight to work and he had to put extra chemicals on my tile and grout because it was just that bad - especially in the kitchen. George made our tile and grout look brand new again!! Our tile is textured and dirt stuck in that too! We had never had professionals do the cleaning but it was the best experience!
