Carlos was here on time, and he contacted me the day before my appointment, as well as an hour before he arrived. They worked dilligently, and finished my car very quickly--even though it was a mess! After they finished, I was so impressed-- I never expected it to look that good, ever again! I definitely recommend Quality Detailz!

Highly recommend. I have an allergy to fragrances and they were able to accommodate me with a fragrance fee shampoo. Not to mention they did an outstanding job buffing out a lot of scratches on my hood. Will be using them again.

The quality of the work was fine. My problem was my first scheduled appointment they forgot to put me on the schedule and I took time off work to meet them and they did not show up. I rescheduled the appointment a second time and they showed up 3 hrs after my appointment time. Communication was poor. I texted to confirm my first appointment when they had not shown up and then they returned my text with call about 30 min later that they forgot to put me on schedule. Second appointment I texted them to confirm once it was 30 min past my appointment time and then they texted back that they were running late. If they knew they were running late they should have contacted me to let me know. Once they were here to perform work they did a good overall job.
