The tech was nice and very knowledgeable.

The person who came to do the cleaning, Mike did a excellent job with great personality and skills. He was polite and diligent about the job. We are very pleased with the work and service.

Mike was friendly and understanding when it came to explaining how the air system works and the cleaning process.

A job that I thought was going to be $241. Came to almost $900. The tech that was doing the job was fantastic. He explained all that needed to be done but they came 2 times before, and never told me anything. It took over 3 months. I had asbestosis on some of my duck work they wanted $45. A foot for them to seal the asbestosis, I said I would do it. There was a little left the next time they came back, 3 ducks and I told them it couldn't be reached. They told me to get spray fome so I did. Came back the 3rd time and that is when I hear about the cost. Needless to say I was in shock. Originally the $41. For one house and the second would be $187. Far crie from 835. I paid. I do not understand the next question?

Very pleased with work Mike did and did not feel pressured to add on more services than I wanted My only suggestion it would be nice if company had a hand vacuum. I had to vacuum up a lot of sediment around my vents

I couldn’t be happier. The technician arrived on time and put in 3 hours of non-stop work. He offered additional services but stressed that there was no pressure.

Work was timely. Technician was efficient. Performed the service per the Groupon and ASKED me if I wanted other services. Even moved furniture for me.

Tom and Braden did a very thorough job. They took the time to educate me on each step of the process and gave me the opportunity to either accept or decline additional services without any pressure. I will be using them again!
