Got the crowler deal with their red ale, blood orange wheat, and red velvet. They were FANTASTIC except for the red velvet, not a fan. You could actually really taste the orange in the wheat. It was delicious 😋

About Quantum Brewing
If a quantum physicist was making a beer, he or she would say that the more hops you add, the greater the probability of the beer having a hoppy flavor. But they still wouldn't know for sure how it would taste until it was ready. And that's part of the fun at Quantum Brewing. Brewmaster Martin Beaulieu loves to experiment with several different styles, ranging from the brewery's easy-drinking Chain Reaction Session IPA to the heady 8.4% Anti-Matter IPA.
Visitors can try these and more at the nanobrewery's tasting room, where beers are dispensed in tasting glasses, pints, and to-go growlers.
