Highly recommended yoga studio! The staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time doing hot yoga in years but they made me feel like I fit right in. The exercises and the instructors were also phenomenal. Thank you Quantum Yoga I will definitely be joining you again in the near future.

It’s a nice spacious location- not sure there is a gentle way to ease into hot yoga but it is just the thing if you want to sweat

Quantum Yoga Club was established to achieve the vision of elevating the cohesiveness of the community. They offer a program combined of heat therapy and 26 exercises and 2 breathing techniques system to improve the flow among members of the group. Quantum Yoga Club is practicing the traditional hot yoga system in order to provide an efficient rejuvenation of the entire body.
The practice room is equipped with silent heating panels, a silent air exchange system, and antibacterial cork floors to ensure a comfortable environment for all students. In addition to hot yoga classes, the club offers hot pilates, yin yoga, and invigorating power flow classes.
