The girls that did our nails were very nice people and that’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. And for accommodating my schedule. However, the work itself was sub par. I bought 2 groupings, one for myself and one for my friend and I wish I didn’t and paid a little bit more to get proper service at our usual place. There was no hand massage. They didn’t really clean the nails well. Very minimal to non-existent shaping of nails. I asked for round, not square nails and honestly I got neither. There were sharp edges on several of my nails, after noticing this, I asked them to be rounded out and they were barely touched after asking twice. I was done asking; I realized I was getting no where and same scenario with my friend. She had to ask for lotion after her aesthetician buffed her skin. Skin, not nails. I’m really disappointed and would not recommend just based on the work that was done and attention to detail.

I highly recommend this place! The person who answered the phone (Katie) was very polite and accommodating. I managed to book my service and left so relaxed and nails looking better than ever! It's a clean quaint place (note: entrance is along Kennedy so you'll need to park and walk around the building). In addition to my massage and manicure, I noticed they cut hair there so I got a quick haircut and loving the new look! Highly recommend 5*
