Unsure how to explain; however, when I use to get a massage, the massage therapist would rub the muscles (especially in my back) and it would feel great. Now when I get a massage, they put their finger on a spot and wait a few seconds and then move on to find another spot. I was told that the heat from their fingers makes the knot disappear. I like it the old fashion way where I could feel a good massage and come out feeling great. I don't feel great results with this new therapy that is being done more and more. What kind of massage do you do?

Thanks for your interest! For this Groupon you can select from Swedish, therapeutic, or trigger-point techniques. Based on your past experience, you may be more interested in a Swedish massage.

Desiree, sounds like you were more happy with the "Swedish" style massage and not so pleased with "Trigger Point". Simply request Swedish with your massage therapist, and that's what you will get. She has 16 years of experience. Thanks!
