Q:

Hi. I live in Ligonier (Westmoreland County) Is that within your service area? Also, I have to upholstered chairs that need cleaned. What would that be considered within this deal you are offering?

Penny T.  asked on  Nov 29, 2012

A:

Hi Penny, We do service Ligonier. If you purchased the Groupon for $39.00 (valued at $79.00), that would cover both of your chairs with the steam-cleaning method. For more soiled furniture, we also offer the two-step deep cleaning method. With this method, we first shampoo the material to loosen stains and dirt, then we steam-clean. It's a more thorough cleaning method if the furniture (or carpets) are more stained or soiled. Thanks

Q:

How much for the deep cleaning? I have used your services before and i was pleased. If I get five rooms and a sofa, what would the cost be for deep cleaning the carpets and regular cleaning the couch?

Richard F.  asked on  Nov 29, 2012

A:

Hi Cynthia, I would tell you that you would need to use the 2 step method on the couch, the couch is shampooed and then steamed. We can not guarantee that the smell would come out until we looked at.

Ray W.  from  Merchant  replied on  Nov 29, 2012

A:

Hi Richard, the cost for the deep celaning on any 14x15 room size is an additional $20/per room. On steps it is $2.00/step more. To steam clean a 3 cushion sofa is $79.

Q:

We have a couch that was stored in a metal container on our property for about 6 months and has been sitting our garage for another six months. I need to get it cleaned, but want any mold or musty smell out of it. Will this cleaning do that? Is that something that can be done or am I better off getting rid of the couch?

Cynthia M.  asked on  Nov 29, 2012

A:

Hi Cynthia, I would recommend that you use the 2 step method on the couch where they shampoo it first, then steam it. We can not guarantee anything until we look at the couch.
