More Questions and Answers

Q:

I just want to confirm before I buy this. The price covers the $6-$8 supply charge (per person) as well as any pottery piece, correct?

Marcie M.  asked on  Mar 13, 2013

A:

Sorry for the delay! Some pieces may require an extra fee. If you do not wish to pay anything extra, you are welcome to work with the staff to choose an appropriate project.

Q:

Ok, I understand that this deal includes the supply fee and the project. Each project piece has a specific price. I know what amounts the pieces start at, but is there a maximum price limit for each piece that is covered on this groupon?

Julie B.  asked on  Mar 13, 2013

A:

Sorry for the delay! The Groupon will cover the listed value. For example, the $20 option for two people will cover up to $40. If you pick a project that costs more or choose additional projects, you will be responsible to pay the difference.

Q:

I understand Groupon covers one project cost, does it have limit as to the maximum value of the project item that we can choose? What I like to know is if there is additional charge if we walk in with the Groupon voucher? If I have 3 kids what do you suggest which option I should purchase? Thanks.

tracy w.  asked on  Mar 12, 2013

A:

As the specific projects do vary in price, there are certain pieces that may cost more money. On average, customers that choose these projects spend $5-$10 on top of the Groupon price. However, it is possible to select a project that would not cost anything extra. You can work with someone on staff to choose an appropriate project!

For multiple children, they suggest pottery painting.

Q:

If I purchase the option for four, do I have to have four people? Can I use it for two and get the pricier projects or make multiple projects myself?

Daisy C.  asked on  Mar 15, 2013

A:

Yes, you must have four individuals in order to redeem the 4-person option. If only two of you are going, please purchase the 2-person option.
