What You'll Get
One of the pleasures of adulthood is graduating from mitten camp—where hands are taught to function as feet—to boot camp—where feet are taught to kick the heads off of cement statues. Today’s Groupon gives you a chance to man- or woman-up to a new fitness challenge: for $97, you get a one-month body transformation including four weeks of unlimited boot-camp classes at Captain Quinn’s Fitness Boot Camp (a $300 total value) redeemable at any of its area locations.
Captain Jon Quinn is a certified personal trainer, and his students have reportedly reported losing significant amounts of weight on his program. The one-month body transformation package is a condensed yet comprehensive version of Quinn’s fat-blasting regimen, like the haiku version of War and Peace. It begins with a thorough, personal by-phone consultation with Quinn himself (a $27 value), setting goals and establishing current fitness levels. Armed with the necessary information, Quinn will chart a 21-day meal plan and grocery list (a $26 value) to aid in scaling new heights of health, as well as a nutrition guide outlining proper eating habits. At the beginning of the program, participants will receive the Rockstar Roadmap, a handbook containing tips for maintaining their achieved personal fitness, supplemental workouts, tips for traveling and eating out, and advanced crowd-surfing techniques.
Trainees have unlimited access to Captain Quinn's 45-minute boot-camp sessions (a $247 value), which throw leisure-inclined men, ladies, and hardcore fitness fiends alike into a fun and supportive exercise environment. The classes blend fat-burning, strength-building, and endurance-training techniques, with a fun, team-building exercise toward the end of each session to ensure clients reach their optimum fitness level in anticipation of upcoming weddings, galas, and black-tie rodeos. Quinn is happy to lavish individual attention onto his protégés during his classes, which provide ever-shifting regimens to lull muscles into states of sculpted security. Students are welcome to take classes at multiple locations; check out the schedule for available times.

About Captain Quinn's Fitness Boot Camp
Jon Quinn—the Air Force veteran mastermind behind Captain Quinn’s Fitness Boot Camp—and his cotrainer, Lauren Howe, lead students through intense boot camps that take into consideration each student’s fitness goals and experience levels. During each session, they corral up to 20 guests during indoor or outdoor sessions, creating a jovial atmosphere with group exercises such as races and passing weighted balls to one another. Each technique is intended to create camaraderie and motivate exercisers to challenge themselves. Jon and Lauren focus on strength training and conditioning as well as aerobics, rotating the curriculum daily to keep guests engaged.
When not leading motivating and energetic boot camps, Jon and Lauren also offer personal training, working one-on-one with guests to create a dynamic workout regimen tailored to individual fitness goals. The two endless reservoirs of energy also host kids' fitness classes, during which children cavort in structured sessions that both help them develop muscles to show everyone how big a jar they can open and create healthy habits that they will retain as they grow.
