We waited a very long time (45 mins to be served) and our food arrived all at different times but it was very delicious and the place was very sweet. The tea was outstanding.

Great service! Tea menu is very impressive and a must for any tea lover! Dim sum is also among some of the best that I've had in NYC.

About Radiance

Forget passé plates of American-style Chinese cuisine. Inside the kitchen of Radiance, celebrity chef Zizhao Robin Luo holds culinary court as he crafts flavorful and fresh Cantonese dishes such as honey-glazed beef tenderloin in house-made black pepper sauce served with kabocha squash and broccoli. Creations such as oversized, jumbo prawns tossed in the chef's special "crispy golden crumbs" and served with a creamy sauce with a whisper of cognac have helped him achieve culinary gold in the streets of Times Square. Here, he was named Gold Winner of 2011 for the International Chinese Culinary competition. Even dishes such as won ton soup, which diners might be more familiar with, are enhanced with handmade dumplings stuffed with chicken or shrimp. The atmosphere allows guests to experience the culture and tradition of fine Asian cuisine.

Additionally, each dinner entree comes with a recommended tea pairing. With a unique selection of more than 100 premium loose teas, the tea menu also offers myriad suggestions, both hot and cold, as well as herbal and wellness teas that have been known to help with insomnia, boost immune systems, and enhance energy.
