Jennifer is wonderful ~ She has a friendly manner, and engages just the right amount. You feel you are with a human instead of a working robot. I enjoyed my time with her as a person and sure did love the facial. She explains each step of her facial, what to expect and what it should do. I found it interesting, learned a couple things and have a better understanding of skin care which I will start to follow immediately. My skin feels so smooth. A looked in the mirror under bright natural daylight and I was surprised at the brightness of my skin. This is from a 70+ ... in other words, someone with very dull skin. Very pleased to say the least. I look forward to having another visit with Jennifer, a very knowledgeable, professional, friendly person :)
