What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We will greet you at the door and walk you through every step of your first few days to make sure you feel comfortable and learn how we do things at Radon CrossFit. The majority of our members are new to CrossFit so you will be in good company.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We will work with you one on one to set personal goals and reevaluate these goals in an individual monthly meeting to keep you motivated and on track.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I realized I had gathered a bunch of skills while trying to improve my own life that I could use to help others as well. It started small and has grown into an awesome gym.

What do you love most about your job? Being able to coach and workout for a living. As well as being able to use my body as an experiment to test the benefits of good nutrition and CrossFit and to share that with the world.
